Three River Men’s Club Minutes.

April 14, 2012

Called to order 7:00 a.m.

Moved and 2^nd to dispense with the reading of last month's minutes.

Treasurer's Report: Jim Spencer stated that April's report is posted on the bulletin board. He also reminded everyone that the Indians & Chiefs will be held on April 21, 2012. You need to sign up for the tournament by Friday the 20^th by noon. There will be a total of $500.00 added money for the first fifty players and $10.00 for each additional entry will be added. The entry fee for tournament is $25.00, plus greens fees, if applicable. There will no further meetings until September.

Junior Golf Report: Girls have started playing and Jim Langenbach would like to thank everyone for their support.

Handicap Report: Dave Guffey stated that all scores must be posted, if you play 7 - 12 holes you must post a 9 hole score, if you play 13 or more holes you must post an 18 hole score.

WSGA/PNGA: Ray had no report

Rules: None

Tournament Chairman: Jim Drescher stated that May's tournament will be a 6-6-6, pick your own partner.

New Business: April 30^th and May 1^st, we will be aerating greens and deep plugging the fairways. Reminder that Indians and Chiefs will held April 21^st.

Old Business: Survey that we had last month was discussed and due to the closeness of the vote, we will not change the way things are done.

This is the last meeting until September, there will be 8 AM tee times until September.
