J Drescher discussed Sat. tournament

D Guffey stated that he was doing a cleaning process on Men's clubs printer, and also discussed the posting of 9 & 18 hole scores do to a comment from V. Zandi about the Tues. nite pot game players not knowing that they must post their scores.

Jim Spencer remarked that this Sat. Men's club meeting would be the last one until Sept. J Ferguson stated that any problems that might arise can be brought up at our board meetings which would be held as needed through the summer months.

C Smith stated that he had just come from a meeting about the proposed new RR crossing site. As of this time the crossing at Yew St. would be closed. The crossing at Mill St. would only be for emergency vehicles. The new crossing location would be at Hazel St.

Chris also stated that it would be very helpful to the golf course to get a golfer to be on the Elk's board, Anyone interested should talk to Chris.
